Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

We are delighted to announce the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Gujarati Society of British Columbia-2019 (GSBC-2019) scheduled for April 7, 2024. This gathering serves as a crucial platform for us to come together, reflect on the past year’s achievements, and chart a course for the future. Your presence and participation are highly valued, and we encourage all members to join us for this important event.

AGM Details:

• Date: April 7, 2024
• Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Venue: Multi-Purpose Room 4/5, Lower Floor, Bonsor Community Center,  6550 Bonsor Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 3G4.
• Tea and snacks will be served after the meeting.

Director Nominations: We invite nominations for the position of directors for the upcoming term. Members interested in serving on the board are requested to submit their nominations to: [email protected] Your Application must have the following:

1. Your resume and past volunteering experience
2. Include proof of your GSBC membership. (You can become a member by paying the membership fees online at: https://gsbc.ca/product/membership/)
3. Undertaking Form for Nomination (CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW)
4. Selection to the board will be the sole criterion of the Nomination Committee.
